You’re building a country from 18 double-sided cards. Draft and place Cities, Buildings, People, and Technologies in your tableau. Along the way you’ll build up Cultural, Economic, and Military power, which gives you Dominance and some special actions. Every decision has repercussions that extend throughout the era of human history, or at least the rest of the game. Small box, gateway, filler – everything you do matters, with plenty of strategy and counter-strategy.
